  • Mobile Vets & Groomers Add On Services: Do you own a local or remote in home Veterinary or Grooming business?  Would like to expand your business to include the body work and energy healing services we offer?
    • Local Businesses are free to market all our services.
    • Remote Business are free to market our Energy Healing services such as EFT and Reiki, plus our Animal Communication Services.
      • These services are effective for a variety of situations, and are particularly helpful in supporting hospice and end of life transition where the animal and/or human could use additional support.
  • Individual Multi-Dog  & Boarding/Training Kennel Discounts:  Are you a Show Dog Handler, Performance Dog Trainer or manage a Dog Boarding or Doggie Day Care Facility with many client dogs who could use our services?   
    • We’re happy to visit your kennel for a day and offer all of our service options to all your personal and client dogs.  Or, at least a few dogs who could really use our body work and energy healing services. 
    • Contact us about applying one or more of our package discounts to your multi-dog situation.
  • Events or Charities:  Would you like us to attend your event and offer mini-sessions to support your event or charity?
    • If the event is to support one or more charitable organizations, a portion of all proceeds earned from our mini-sessions will be donated to the charitable cause(s).

1 Hour @ $65  |  45 Min @ $50  |  30 Min @ $35

Our discount package pricing and any current specials are also available.

 

  • All sessions include a 15-minute consultation with owner either in person on by phone prior to session.
    • For Doggie Day Care, Boarding or other situations where owner is not present at time of service, we can schedule a phone consultation at a convenient time prior to session. (If a new client).
  • Owner or Agent must sign a Terms of Services/Release Form prior to session and complete a New Client Intake Form.  (If a new client).
    • Please Note:  Forms can be completed, signed and submitted on-line using at our Client Forms Page.

Quiet Area/Space to Perform Body Work & Energy Healing Sessions. Access to indoor or outdoor area to perform Canine Assessments. We provide everything else to ensure your animal clients receive a relaxing experience.

Indoor or Outdoor Event Requirements

When scheduling our participation at an event we do not require space to conduct Canine Assessments.

  • Slots can be filled with your clients, our clients or a combination of both.
  • You can schedule clients, or they can schedule with us using our booking system assigned to your location.***
  • We’ll be at your location on the date & time scheduled

* To help ensure all available slots are filled prior to the scheduled By Demand Services date by your clients, our clients or a combination, we recommend scheduling your By Demand Services date at least 30 days in advance.  This will allow sufficient time to promote and market the services at your location.

** When scheduling By Demand Services at a given location, we will work with the site owner/manager to determine the number of appointments available.

*** Scheduling Options:  Book Directly With Your Business, or Use Our On-line Self Services Booking, via Phone, E-Mail or by submitting our Contact Form.

Minimum/Maximum Client Booking Requirements:

  • Minimum:  Ideally location will book at least: 4 small, medium/large or a combination of dog or cat clients per By Demand Services visit.
  • Maximum:  12 – 30 minute sessions assuming a 7.5 to 8.0 hour By Demand Services visit.

Joint Marketing

Once our By Demand Services are scheduled  we will provide fliers, brochures and business cards to help you promote our services being offered at your location.

We will add your By Demand Services date and location to our on-line Self-Service Appointment Booking System.

We will add your By Demand Services date and location to the Upcoming Events section of our on-line Calendar.

Prior to your scheduled By Demand date, we will market that our services are being offered at your location on our social media: Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.

After our scheduled visit, we will post photos and comments expressing our appreciation for your participation in our By Demand Services on our website and social media.  (With prior approval from you/your clients).

If your business has a similar on-line presence, e.g., website, on-line calendar and social media, we would appreciate your business conducting similar marketing efforts to help ensure all open By Demand services slots at your location are filled in advance.*

Have clients with questions before committing to our services?  They can schedule a Free 15 Minute Phone Consultation with us prior to booking. 

* As part of co-marketing, and if your business has a social media presence, we will Like or Follow your Facebook, Instragram and Twitter accounts, and we ask that you do the same for our pages.

Ways to Earn

Revenue Split: Business Owner will receive 20% of all Services sales revenue per visit less our 1.75% Services Tax obligation, and the associated travel fee if applicable.

  • Please Note:  Our Out of Area Travel Fee is charged at $1 per mile for travel beyond a 50 mile radius of Snohomish, WA
  • For By Demand service locations that exceed 50 miles, location will be charged one fee per By Demand visit, not per client.

Rewards & Referral Points:

  • Rewards & Referral points are earned based on the type of By Demand bookings scheduled.  See table below for complete details.
  • Rewards & Referral points can be used for services for your own pets, or gifted to employees, valued clients or favorite animal focused charity.

Combination of Revenue & Rewards/Referral Points:

  • Want to do a revenue split for our first visit, but earn Rewards & Referral points during subsequent visits?
    • No problem we’re flexible and you have the option to choose how to earn when scheduling our visits.

    Please Note: Your business must opt-in to this program as part of scheduling your first By Demand Services visit.  We do  not automatically enroll you or your clients into the program.  Visit our Join Our Program to enroll.

Payment Options

Client Charged by Location/Facility:

  • Client can pay the Location/Facility for services in advance or as part of their regular invoicing agreement with the business.
  • Location/Facility pays Steady Companion a the conclusion of our scheduled By Demand Services for that day.
    • Business retains 20% of all Services sales revenue per By Demand visit.
    • Less the Steady Companion 1.75% Services Tax obligation, and the associated Out of Area Travel Fee if applicable.
    • 20% revenue split is intended to cover the use of the location’s space, and any assistance with marketing and scheduling clients.
  • Payments to Steady Companion are accepted via cash, check, PayPal or other electronic fund transfer.

Client Charged by Steady Companion (If Client will  NOT  be present at time of service):

  • If client is not being charged by the Location/Facility as part of their regular invoicing agreement, and the client will not be present at the time of service, client is required to pay in advance of service.
  • Client can schedule their appointment using our Self-Services Booking System, by Phone, Email or by submitting our Contact Form. 
  • Client can proceed to check-out and pay for the services as part of the Self-Service Booking process.
  • If appointment is schedule by Phone, Email or by Submitting our Contact Form.
  • Once the appointment is confirmed, Steady Companion will invoice the client who can pay via PayPal or Credit Card.
  • Or, Client can go on-line and purchase our services using our on-line store/cart and pay via PayPal or Credit Card. 

Client Charged by Steady Companion (If Client WILL be present at time of service):

Steady Companion pays Location/Facility at the conclusion of our scheduled By Demand Services for that day.

  • Steady Companion pays Location/Facility 20% of all Services sales revenue per By Demand visit.

Program Guidelines

Reward Points for Account Sign-up: By Demand Program Participants

  • If Location/Business chooses to receive Rewards & Referral Points in lieu of a revenue split they must Sign-Up/Opt-In to the Program.
    • Business can choose to earn Rewards & Referral Points or a Revenue Split at the time of scheduling their latest By Demand Services visit.
    • Rewards & Referral Program participation requires Sign-Up/Opt-In.
  • The Location/Business joins Rewards & Referral Program by signing up on our Services Account Page.
  • All future Rewards & Referral Points will be awarded to the Location/Business (person) who creates the Account.

Reward Points for Account Sign-up: Referrals

  • Clients or Client Referrals will not automatically be entered into our Rewards & Referral Program.
  • Rewards & Referral Program participation for Referrals also requires Referrals to Sign-Up/Opt-In.
  • For Location/Business to earn points for a Referral sign-up, Referral is required to use Location/Business’ assigned referral link.
    • Once you have Registered for a Services Account Page, your Account Page will include a button to generate a Referral Link to share with your referrals.

Earning Rewards & Referral Points: Clients & Referrals

  • Rewards & Referral Points will not be awarded if Location/Business chooses a revenue split versus earning Rewards & Referral points for a given visit.
    • Client’s and Referral’s are still eligible to earn Rewards & Referral points if they participate in the Program.
  • Rewards & Referral Points will be awarded only if Location/Business Signs-Up/Opts-In to the Program.
  • In this case, Rewards & Referral Points are added to Participants Account once a services purchase is completed, by a Client or a Referral, and payment has been received by Steady Companion.
  • By Demand Program allows Location/Business to Earn Points for All Client and Referral Purchases for services delivered at their location.
    • If Client purchases a package, Business/Location will receive all Package points at time of purchase/for first package session.  No additional points will be awarded for remaining package sessions.
    • If Client also purchases our In-Home services, Location/Business will earn points for their first In-Home services purchase, but not subsequent In-Home purchases.
    • Location/Business Owner can Earn Points on any and all Referral’s first In-Home services purchase, but not subsequent purchases. (This applies to Referral Only situations).
    • If Referred cancels or receives a refund for their order, the points earned or redeemed for that services purchase will be revoked for both the Referrer and Referred.
  • Rewards & Referral Points are added to the Location/Business’ Account once Referral Signs-Up/Opts-In to the Program using Location/Business’ assigned Referral link.
  • Current balance of earned Reward & Referral Points will be displayed on Location/Business’ Account Page.

Earning Rewards & Referral Points:  Social Media (See number of points earned based on chart below) 

  • Rewards & Referral Points will be awarded only if Location/Business Signs-Up/Opts-In to the Program.
  • Rewards points will be earned by Location/Business who “Likes” our Steady Companion Facebook page.
  • Rewards points will be earned by Location/Business who “Follow” our Steady Companion Instragram page.
  • Rewards points will be earned by Location/Business who “Follow” our Steady Companion Twitter page.

Please Note:  If Location/Business Un-Likes or Un-Follows Steady Companion’s Social Media pages, Rewards & Referral points earned through Social Media will be revoked. The Steady Companion Rewards & Referral Program does not allow participants to buy Rewards & Referral Points, all points must be earned based on the table below Redeeming Rewards & Referral Points (See points required based on chart below)

  • Earned Rewards & Referral Points can be Redeemed by Location/Business owner for personal services purchases based on chart below.
  • Earned Rewards & Referral Points can be gifted to employee(s) by Location/Business owner for services purchases based on chart below.

The Steady Companion Rewards & Referral Program does not allow participants to exchange Rewards & Referral Points for a cash value, all points must be redeemed based on the chart below.
